Our journey begins with the careful harvesting of mature kapok pods. These pods, resembling large cocoa pods, are hand-picked to ensure the highest quality fibers. We prioritize sustainable practices, leaving younger pods to mature and ensuring the long-term health of the trees.
Once harvested, the pods are taken to our processing facility. Skilled workers carefully open each kapok fruit, revealing the treasure inside: soft, silky kapok fibers. We use machines to separate the kapok seeds and fibers, thus ensuring the purity of the final product.
The cleaned kapok fiber is then carefully packed into bales or bags, ready for distribution. Our packaging process ensures that the kapok fiber arrives at its destination in pristine condition, ready to be transformed into a wide range of products.
